The heart of the Buddhist philosophy is meditation. That is, to explore or learn to use. But we should only use facts about our own body and beyond to look into this. Let us call it the Five Elements. However, although the methods we use may change over time, we will have to repeat the same processes in a different way in the Buddhist Way. At the end of self-identification on that journey, only two things, Samma Gnana (wisdom) and Samma Vimuktha (Realisation), will be realized. This journey will begin with mindfulness and end with mindfulness.
